This is an approved course through the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC). School Code: 1688   

The 75-hour instructional course is the first step to preparing you for the NC Broker License Exam. Students will learn basic real estate concepts, real estate investment, property tax and insurance, land use controls, real estate law, property management, property valuation and mathematics. 

Students must pass the MANDATORY class exit exam in order to complete the course and to gain a seat for the NC Licensing Exam. 

Your MANDATORY class exit exam will be done online on your computer with a live proctor.  

To gain a seat for the NC Licensing Exam, students must have successfully passed the  MANDATORY class exit exam with a 75% or better, not have missed more than 15 hours of class, and submit a completed application and background check to NCREC. 

An application and background check must be completed to take the State Licensing Exam which is administered through a proctoring center through www.PSIExams.com/NCRE
