Continuing Education Requirements are due during the open renewal period (April-June of the expiry year).
Brokers and Associates licensees will need a total of 10 hours of continuing education (4 hours must be the mandatory/core course and 6 hours elective course hours)
Broker-in-Charge licensees will need a total of 10 hours (4-hr BIC
